Billing
Whenever possible, we provide Project Pricing as opposed to working on an Hourly Rate. Paired with a detailed Statement of Work, project pricing sets expectations and creates finite costs and deliverables that clearly define the project's scope. This enables agencies to lock in cost and deliverables for their client, and barring changes in scope, ensures that completed projects are Billed to Estimate.
For large fixed-price projects, a 50% deposit is typically required, with the balance due at project completion. Smaller tasks are itemized on a single monthly invoice and billed on the 1st of each month with Net 30 terms.
